A TrustedManufacturing Partner
MWDT has become a valued manufacturing partner for precision-fabricated industrial components, with an engineering team that brings many years of diverse industrial experience. Our machining and sheet metal operations are located in Texas, with an additional machining operation in California to serve our West Coast customers.
About Us
From prototype through production quantities, MWDT is your one-stop source for cost-effective, high-quality, precision machined components, sheet metal parts, and technical ceramics. We serve as an extension of our customers’ supply chains — often maintaining repeat parts in stock for immediate delivery — with responsive customer service, knowledgeable technical support, and high-quality, cost-effective parts delivered on time.
We serve the semiconductor/electronic, oil & gas, medical, aerospace, instrumentation, and equipment-manufacturing industries, and continue to expand into new high-value verticals.
Need Parts Fast? QuickTurn
Depending on material, part complexity, and metal finishing required, we can often turn parts around in 1–2 weeks. Metal finishing services — powder coating, aluminum and titanium anodizing, clear chromate, plating (clear and black zinc, electroless nickel-tin), and alumina and yttria ceramic coatings — are provided through Anodic Process Technologies.
Engineering Services
Have a design or sample part but no drawing? MWDT provides a complete range of in-house mechanical and material science engineering services:
Part Design
Our mechanical engineering department uses Pro/ENGINEER CAD software and can work with almost any solid model or drawing file format.
Reverse Engineering
We reverse-engineer customer parts using micrometers, optical comparators, and CMM — every measurement verified twice — then generate a solid model and drawing.
Materials Science & Selection
Our in-house material scientists support material selection across metals, high-performance plastics (thermoplastics and fluoropolymers), and advanced ceramics (oxides, nitrides, and carbides).
