Materials
Ceramic injection molding (CIM) combines plastic injection molding principles with ceramic powder technology to mass-produce intricate, high-strength components. Structural ceramics we mold include:
- Aluminum nitride and high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃)
- Zirconia (ZrO₂)
- Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) and silicon carbide (SiC)
Because we make our own feedstocks, properties such as bulk density, pore volume, pore size, and composition can be customized to your application.
