Quality Without Compromise
MWDT trains and empowers machinists to make real-time, in-process adjustments that ensure every drawing specification is met. Machinists measure parts during production with calibrated equipment and operate a Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) for critical or complex features. Completed parts undergo final inspection using an AQL-based sampling plan; if any part is found out of specification, a 100% inspection of the lot is performed.
