High-Performance, Lightweight Plastic Components
Plastics have streamlined aerospace operations: they are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, durable, impact-resistant, and capable of handling very high temperatures. Typical applications include window canopies, gears and panels, interior parts, seals and bearings, gear handles, and parts trays.
Our materials include PEEK, PEK, and PEKK; polyimide (unfilled and graphite/PTFE-lubricated grades for cryogenic to 600°F service); and PAI — each formulated and molded to maximize specific mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties.
