CNC-Milled Putter Heads
We machine putter heads from stainless steel (303, 304), carbon steel (1018, 1025), aluminum, bronze, copper, tungsten, and a new toughened zirconium-oxide ceramic. Multi-density material combinations let designers maximize Moment of Inertia (MOI) for stability on off-center hits.
Compared with cast putters, CNC milling eliminates voids and material inconsistencies; compared with insert putters, solid construction delivers a more direct, refined feel. Adjustable milling depth tunes sound and sensation.
