Ceramic Injection Molded (CIM) Components
CIM enables complex, biocompatible, sterilizable ceramic parts with exceptional precision — used in surgical tools, laser tips for CO₂ laser systems, dental and orthopedic implants, hearing aids, and diagnostic equipment. Structural ceramics include alumina, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, and zirconia.
High-Performance Plastic Components
Surgical tools, tubes, and drug-delivery devices must be made from medical-grade compounds that are safe, effective, and fully compliant. MWDT works with the best medical-grade resins available and provides the materials expertise to choose the right grade for your budget, performance, and compliance goals.
Materials include PEEK (multiple grades) and PPS (base, glass-reinforced, and lubricated grades). Data sheets available upon request.
