High-purity alumina (Al₂O₃)

The workhorse insulator and structural ceramic — electrical insulation, plasma and wear resistance, and dimensional stability.

Aluminum nitride (AlN)

High thermal conductivity combined with electrical insulation — ideal for electrostatic chuck components, heaters, and antistatic handling parts.

Silicon carbide & silicon nitride

Hardness plus thermal-shock and plasma resistance for chamber parts, focus rings, and CMP components — along with molded nozzles and injector tubes for gas and plasma delivery.

  • Static-dissipative (ESD-safe) plastics for wafer carriers, trays, end-effectors, handling jigs, and vacuum-wand tips that protect devices from electrostatic discharge
  • ESD and carbon-filled PEEK and Celazole® (PBI) for test sockets and burn-in fixtures requiring dimensional stability under thermal cycling
  • PTFE and PVDF for chemically inert, wetted parts in etch, clean, and CMP wet-process tools
  • Advanced-material labyrinth seals for turbo-compressor (vacuum pump) equipment
