Built for Difficult Materials
Superalloys like Inconel 718 — which performs above 700°C with exceptional creep and corrosion resistance — are notoriously difficult to cut, work-hardening and punishing tooling. Our 5-axis machining centers, cobot automation, and decades of materials experience are built for exactly these challenges, with in-house material selection and reverse engineering to optimize the part before a chip is cut.

A complete finishing menu through our affiliate Anodic Process Technologies means you receive finished parts from a single source: powder coating; aluminum and titanium anodizing; clear chromate; plating (clear and black zinc, electroless nickel and tin); alumina and yttria ceramic coatings; passivation; and electropolishing.
