Copper, Brass & Bronze
MWDT machines copper, brass, and bronze for applications demanding electrical or thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and excellent bearing characteristics — from high-conductivity electronic components to free-machining, cost-effective turned parts.
Alloys We Machine
Copper (C110 / C101)
Near-pure copper for maximum electrical and thermal conductivity — busbars, connectors, contacts, terminals, heat sinks, and RF/microwave components. Oxygen-free grades suit vacuum and brazing applications.
Brass (e.g., C360 free-machining)
The machinability benchmark — high speeds and minimal tool wear for cost-effective, high-volume fittings, valve components, and turned parts.
Bronze (bearing bronzes)
Wear and galling resistance for bushings and bearings.

Applications & Finishing
We serve electronics and instrumentation (connectors, busbars, terminals), semiconductor and equipment manufacturers (heat sinks, thermal-management and RF parts), and oil & gas (brass fittings, bronze bushings).
To prevent tarnish and improve solderability, copper-alloy parts can be finished with electroless nickel or tin plating through Anodic Process Technologies.
